Conditioning, strength, and flexibility activities are integrated to focus on agility training.

Trained instructors present challenging, creative, and fun drills to enhance technique and control, and inspire a love for fitness

your first Aerials class
Join our advanced class for 6-12-year-olds, where gymnasts refine their skills, enhance agility and flexibility, and build confidence and teamwork through challenging and fun drills.
class briefing
Our instructors welcome any newcomers, review the day’s class structure, weekly theme & monthly goals.
mat time
We start with an engaging warm-up and advanced group tumbling exercises to get everyone excited and moving.
guided activities
Develop advanced gymnastics skills creatively and enjoyably. Teachers personalize instruction, ensuring every child progresses individually
Game Time
This section features a fun game that reinforces the lessons of the day and ensures that every child leaves with a smile.
Pricing
Monthly membership:
Monthly payment: £72* (20% sibling discount, more than 2 children – 40% per sibling).
*Minimum 1 month.
*Annual Family Membership: £30 per family.
Unlimited classes for under 3’s.
Block Classes (valid for 4 months):
10 Bugs classes: £150 (age 4-10 mth)
10 Birds classes: £170 (age 10-18 mth)
10 Beasts / Super Beasts classes: £190 (age 19-36 mth)
Annual membership not required for blocks.
Annual Payments:
