Continuous Enrolment

Member's enrolment is continuous unless a month's notice is received in writing and the leaver's questionnaire is completed. Annual and Monthly payments will be automatically collected on a monthly basis on the anniversary of your first class, unless opting to pay via bank transfer or childcare vouchers. Late payment will incur a £15 late payment fee.

Membership Fee:* Annual membership per family: £30

In order to enrol as a member, your annual family membership needs to be current throughout the duration of the classes you are attending.

No membership fee will be charged when purchasing blocks of classes but the box will need to be ticked to proceed, if you switch membership it will be invoiced.

Membership renewals will be invoiced during the month in which it becomes due or added to a next payment fee, whichever is sooner.

I hereby acknowledge that any medical information I have communicated to The Little Gym® was given in good faith. I hereby give my permission to The Little Gym® Europe and its franchisee The Little Gym® to record and process it for the purposes and in the framework of the products and services provided by The Little Gym® Europe and its franchisee The Little Gym®

PERMISSIONS FOR PHOTOGRAPHY AND MEDICAL DATA AT THE LITTLE GYM®

Face pictures
From time to time, a new instructor will need to learn all children’s names and identify them. For your child’s security, The Little Gym® Europe and its franchisee The Little Gym® store face pictures of your child on its internal management software. I am hereby informed that I can withdraw my permission at any time by sending a request, with proof of my identity, to The Little Gym® or to harrogate@thelittlegym.co.uk.

Pictures and videos
I hereby give The Little Gym® Europe and its franchisee The Little Gym® permission to take and publish pictures or videos of my child in the context of The Little Gym® activities on the social networks and websites of The Little Gym® Europe and its franchisee The Little Gym® or for internal use to The Little Gym® Europe. I am hereby informed that I can withdraw my permission at any time by sending a request, with a proof of my identity, to The Little Gym® or to harrogate@thelittlegym.co.uk.
